Piston pump platforms
for every scale of chromatography.

Four engineered families — analytical, preparative, bioinert, and industrial — sharing a common mechanical and software architecture so you can scale your platform without re-engineering it.

CRS-HP Series analytical HPLC piston pump
Analytical & UHPLC

CRS-HP Series

Compact dual-piston analytical pump designed for high-precision HPLC and UHPLC instruments. Parallel-piston architecture with synchronized cam drive minimizes pulsation while sapphire plungers and ceramic check valves resist aggressive mobile phases.

Flow rate range0.001 – 10 ml/min
Max working pressure60 MPa (600 bar)
Flow accuracy±1% or 2 µL/min
Flow precision (RSD)< 0.05%
Plunger materialSynthetic sapphire
Wetted partsSS 316L, PEEK, PTFE, sapphire, ruby
Control interfaceRS-232 / RS-485 / CAN / TTL

Best for: analytical HPLC, UHPLC, isocratic and binary gradient instruments, micro-LC, on-line SPE.

CRS-FB Series preparative piston pump
Preparative HPLC

CRS-FB Series

Mid-flow preparative pump platform for purification chemistry, flash systems, and scale-up workflows. Larger-bore stainless heads, hardened plungers, and an extended-life seal package keep maintenance intervals long even on solvent-heavy duty cycles.

Flow rate range1 – 300 ml/min
Max working pressure30 MPa (300 bar)
Flow accuracy±2%
Plunger materialSapphire / coated SS
Head materialsSS 316L (PEEK option)
Seal life (typical)> 3,000 hours
MountingStandalone or panel-mount OEM

Best for: preparative HPLC, flash chromatography, semi-prep purification, isolation of natural products and APIs.

CRS-MBio Series bioinert FPLC piston pump
FPLC & Bio-LC

CRS-MBio Series

Bioinert piston pump family engineered around the realities of protein purification — high-salt buffers, surfactants, and around-the-clock duty. PEEK and titanium flow paths combined with rear-rinsed plunger seals deliver bioinert performance and long seal life even with concentrated NaCl gradients. The series spans three models tailored to low, medium, and high-flow bio workflows.

Available models
